I believe that music can change the world… I believe it so strongly that when I was 14 years old I picked up a pen and began trying to make my own. From then on it has changed my world.
I was sloppy at first, as are most people when they do something for the first time, but I kept at it and after a while my skills started developing, I learnt how intricate each rhyme had to become if I wanted to make an impact, I spent months refining songs that I felt had real potential. Looking back these days, those songs weren’t as amazing as I thought they were at the time but if I had stopped then I would have never gotten to the stage I’m at now, a place where I feel like I’m writing truly beautiful pieces of music, in another 10 years perhaps I’ll feel a sense of déjà vu but if I stop now, I’ll never get to that point either.
I try to write songs that connect with people on a deep level, my philosophical take on life is ever present in my style, which I find to be quite innovative, then again, of course I’m bias and rarely see my own short comings, something which I am always working to resolve. I’m far from the best, but I am constantly improving and one day I hope to be among the greatest of all time.
