Brodie grew up in the territorial and violent, south eastern Sydney suburb of Eastlakes. Surrounded by drugs and gang violence in his neighbourhood and a toxic home life, Brodie turned to writing raps at a young age to express the pain he was feeling. He released 3, 20 track mixtapes and another 25+ tracks to basically no attention.
It was not until August, 2017. Sitting in a public hospital that “hellboy707” was born.
