First discovered Hip Hop in 84 when I first got to High School, There were these kids listening to some music at lunchtime and it sounded awesome. Met Sheldon aka Cash Tip in 85 at high School and we were just fans of the music at this stage, We used to buy records and sit at his parents house listening to them trying to memorise the words. In 85 – 86 when RUN DMC dropped the Raising Hell album this is when we tried to write our own rhymes. We’d go to the city and rap anywhere we could just mucking around really.

87-88 we went to Toffee Rocks upstairs on on Barrack St every Saturday and get ton the mike there. We also sneaked into Jules a lot when the US sailors came to town and DJ Birdie always let us get on the mic. We went to every Jam we could and rhyme back then. We started  R.A.P (Rock Always Productions) with DJ Triple D around 88-89 I think and we had a residency spot every Wednesday night Networks nightclub in James Street. This is also the place we were the back up for Tone Loc when he toured. We made guest appearances on SCRATCH FM one of Perth’s first Hip Hop radio shows.

in 1990 – 1991 we released 2 cassette singles along with a fully produced music video under R.A.P but with DJ Cut Nice as the DJ. We also had Marlon & Perry who were the dancers and we played at a few spots around Perth.

After this died down I started to DJ in about 94 and just played some clubs around Perth for a few years before leaving Perth. Never really did any music up until 2008 where I started to do mixtapes and in 2010 I joined the JAZZY DJ’S and JAZZY MANAGEMENT TEAM. –I’ve done mixtapes with — Snoop Doggs Artists Mac Lucci and D-Dimes , WC (westside connection), Nu Jerzey Devil , DJ Nik Bean (LA’s Mixtape King) , Knoc’Turnal (Dr Dre’s Artist), Annimeanz and Kid Star B (1st Class Ent) , Roccett , Mr Silky Slim , Noah Jones and also with oldschool legends such as Craig G , T-LA ROCK , Dana Dane , Just Ice , Casanova Rud , JVC Force and more.

Now after all this time I’ve gone Full Circle and I’m back with Triple D working on some more classic material so stay tuned.
