1. Spread about 2 tbs of oil onto the Organic Cotton Eye Pads and the Cotton Face Compress provided.
2. Allow half hour for the oil to soak into the pads.
3. Place eye pads onto the eyes and then the face compress.
4. Secure with the heat mask This will help drive the oil deeper into the face.
5. Leave on for 1 hour for the first use.
6. If tolerated gradually increase the time each treatment.
The treatment is powerful so you should only increase slowly as comfortable.

Step 1 – After completing your castor oil compress face treatment, apply a fresh layer of castor oil.
Step 2 – Start with the forehead. Glide tool in an upward motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.
Step 3 – Next, move to the cheeks & glide in an outward motion from the nose to the ear.
Step 4 – Move to the under-eye area with a light pressure glide from the inner corner under brow towards the temple. Repeat.
Step 5 – Lastly, take the tool on the jawline from the chin and glide upwards to the ear to release any jaw tension and help move the toxins and promote lymphatic drainage..
